Order Processing Time

Our products are made fresh in small batches to ensure quality:

• Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days
• Bulk Orders: Processing time of 2-4 business days
• Custom Orders: Processing time will be communicated at the time of order
• During Festivals: Additional 1-2 days may be required

Note: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after order dispatch:

• Within State: 2-4 business days
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping rates are designed to be fair and transparent:

• Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping across India
• Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges apply based on weight and distance
• Express Delivery: Available in select cities at additional cost
• Bulk Orders: Special shipping rates available - contact us for details

Packaging

We take special care in packaging to ensure freshness:

• Products are sealed in food-grade, air-tight packaging
• Additional protective packaging to prevent damage during transit
• Products are packed fresh on the day of dispatch
• Eco-friendly packaging materials used wherever possible

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Order confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS
• Tracking details and courier company information
• Estimated delivery date
• Updates on delivery status

Delivery Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions:

• We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
• International shipping is currently not available
• Some remote/hilly areas may have limited delivery services
