Return Policy

Due to the nature of our food products, we have specific return guidelines:

  • Damaged Products: If you receive damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Quality Issues: Report any quality concerns within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Wrong Items: If you receive incorrect items, notify us immediately
  • Missing Items: Report missing items from your order within 24 hours

Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Products are damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong products were delivered
  • Products have quality issues (verified by our team)
  • Order was not delivered within the committed timeframe

Note: Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the packaging is opened and products are consumed, unless there's a genuine quality issue.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order details and photos (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  3. Once approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  5. You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products consumed without quality issues
  • Special or customized orders (unless defective)
  • Products kept beyond recommended storage time
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by customer

Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product. This option is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
